For Fortiva Card Services, this debt was settled via my representative XXXX XXXX XXXX. The credit card debt with Fortiva MastercardXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is still showing a balance owed, even though the debt was negotiated and settled/paid. The balance on my credit reports is showing {$1700.00}, but at the time of settlement negotiation, the balance was only {$610.00}, and an agreement was reached to settle the account for {$330.00}. An ACH payment was submitted totally {$330.00}. Here is the payment information : Payment ID # XXXX ; XXXX # XXXX ; Amount {$330.00}. Payment was submitted via XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent a certified letter to Fortiva om XX/XX/2021, requesting they correct the account on my credit reports ; the balance should be zero. The letter was delivered and signed for on XX/XX/2021. I'm requesting the account be deleted from my credit reports. I have not received a response. A copy of the debt settlement email is attached and a copy of the certified letter sent to Fortiva is attached.
