Consumer Reporting Agencies is BREAKING THE LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sent lettes disputing 7 accounts on my consumer report on XX/XX/XXXX and mailed it certified return receipt requested. I received notice in the mail that they received my dispute letter XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have not received response from them. Per the FCRA section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ), you have 30 days to investigate disputes. If you can not verify the information within the 30 day time period the accounts must be deleted.15 USC 1681 congress makes the following finding the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. ( 2 ) An elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluating the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, and general reputation of consumers. How do they know these transactions took place? 15 USC 1681 ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy .These consumer reporting agencies are reporting and sharing erroneous information without my consent. First the CRA should have consulted with me first the CONSUMER. They have no proof of these transaction. Infringed upon my right to privacy by having a conversation about me with a 3rd party. They are impartial because they allowed information to be reported while only hearing onside of the story. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( B ) THEY DID NOT MEET THE NEEDS OF COMMERCE BECAUSE THIS IS NOT FAIR OR EQUITABLE. 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( d ) ( 2 ) Exclusions from a consumer report info not accurate of or relevant.
