Company failed to timely and properly apply requested due date change. They also did not process agreed upon extension for the months of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. When following up as I was alerted to credit delinquencies I was advised of employee error for which coaching has been provided and it would be remedied within 1-2 billing cycles. I received countless closures as a result of this not so much as an I'm sorry or monetary relief they simply kept giving me the runaround time after time. Then in XX/XX/XXXX they advised account is covered for covid 19 plan NO PAYMENT DUE. They advised interest would still continue to accrue so pay what I could during XXXX XXXX and XXXX the months initially processed for Covid 19 from certified XXXX XXXX XXXX letter that they accepted. Imagine my surprise when not only did they not fix the prior to as advised by several parties including XXXX XXXX office, XXXX closed accounts and countless other supervisors on a recorded line with CRA Execs. I was then informed they would not speak to me nor accept payments because account was coded cease and desist and litigation they froze my portal for payments in XXXX after dispute and nothing works to this day over 2 years later. The old account was paid off and I acquired a new loan through only because it was further guaranteed account would be rectified and portal fixed yet it is not.
