I provided documentation from the court and XXXX stating that the bankruptcy ( s ) has been removed. The credit agencies states it gets their public record information from the court and XXXX. Ok if that's the case why is the bankruptcy still reporting on my credit file when I have sent proof showing that the bankruptcy ( s ) been removed from XXXX and the court does not provide the credit agencies information about bankruptcy ( s )? Also inaccuracies with accounts. The date of last active showing different dates when the accounts should show the same dates with each credit agencies. The FCRA says XXXX accuracy not XXXX or XXXX.
