On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted Complaint against XXXX XXXX who created XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX as Trustee for this Trust who acted as Plaintiff in foreclosure-for-profit case XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I demanded a copy of Release of Lien after sale of my property on XX/XX/XXXX ; and proof of payment {$130000.00} ( cancelled check of wire transfer receipt ) received by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX Trust to distribute to alleged investors in XXXX XXXX Trust. On the same day, XX/XX/XXXX someone from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX likely XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX personnel ) responded that they are not the appropriate companies to address my issues. I dont know the name of responsible Agent at XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX who made this false inartfully worded statement. If the complaint does not " belong to them '' whatever that means then why do they filed a foreclosure case against me ; confiscated and sold my property XXXX XXXX even received Judicial Deed and issued a Deed to the new property buyer? Is this an admission that they were neither creditor, Trustee nor servicer? When based on which legal authority XXXX XXXX XXXX acted as the Plaintiff in my case, and XXXX XXXX represented them as Trustee if none of them are related to it? XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX employees and CFPB needs to explain what this means and why they accepted that response. Is this an administrative finding that XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX never had any right, title or interest in claims to administer, collect or enforce the note or debt? Why they filed case XXXX and stole my property? Who received {$130000.00} after sale? Why XXXX XXXX issued Deed after sale but never issued any releases to me? I demand responses from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, copy of payment ( cancelled check, wire transfer receipt ) for {$130000.00} received by XXXX XXXX as Trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a Release of Lien after sale to my creditor and to me.
