Over the last year and a half, I have made over {$21000.00} in extra principal payments but NewRez refuses to reduce my interest payments to reflect these additional payments and is still going to charge me the same amount of interest over the life of the loan as if I have never made the additional interest payments! They have put the intention to carry out the above illegal actions in a written letter to me. I believe this violates the law and also is not in compliance with my original loan agreement which was with XXXX XXXX. NewRez apparently bought my loan form XXXX XXXX.
