There are 3 derogatory alleged medical collections placed on my XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX consumer reports. These alleged collections are from the same company which is Americollect. Americollect has placed an alleged collection for {$200.00}, {$260.00}, and {$260.00}. I have tried to get this removed with no luck. I was involved in an auto accident and when my attorney settled the case all of my medical bills were paid out of the settlement. This collection company committed fraud by stating that these accounts meet FCRA requirements. They did not provide proof that these belong to me nor did they provide documentation showing that I signed any contracts with my social security number on any paperwork. I have all paperwork from the accident that I will provide to the courts because I will be seeking a remedy from the Americollect and from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX for allowing this company to commit fraud. Amercicollect did not get my permission to place these fraudulent collections on all 3 of my consumer reports. They have violated consumer law 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) which is a {$1000.00} violation among other violations. Americollect also ran a soft pull on my consumer reports before placing these alleged collections. I have also provided proof that Americollect ran a soft pull on my consumer reports before placing these fraudulent accounts.
