Consumer Narrative
Hi, I've tried asking Equifax through several debt validation letters sent on XX/XX/XXXX along with certified mailed returned receipt to send me all documents in my credit file that their sending me accounts are verified. Equifax is not allowing me to exercise my rights as a consumer to validate an alleged debt. Equifax knows that a company must have proof of validation of the alleged debts and has a job to make sure it is reporting entirely accurate and fairness of credit reporting. Equifax received this letter on XX/XX/XXXX and this debt collector has not sent me any documents that I asked for they are violating 's my right to validate the alleged debts, It has been far over 30 days since they have responded with the information request. I would like to demand audit trial for the accounts listed/furnished inaccurately : XXXX XXXX, XXXX and Dept of EducationXXXX XXXX Equifax also deleted the inquiry XXXX and reinserted with sending me a reinvestigation letter within 5 days of them reinvestigating this inquiry. I did not authorize nor benefit from the following inquires. According to FCRA the following inquires must be blocked and removed ( XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ) This is an injustice to continue to violate my rights as a consumer boldly, I also never gave them written permission to furnish this report no consent is identity thief, and they know that as well.
