I am XXXX XXXX and Im submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. On XX/XX/2017 I, XXXX XXXX Federally protected Consumer and Natural person extended credit to Wellsfargo Bank using my credit card ( 15 usc 1602 ( l ) ) They furnished a deceptive form ( 15 usc 1692 ) to create the false belief in the natural person which is myself that I owe an alleged debt when it was in fact a consumer credit transaction. I sent Wellsfargo a notice to cease and desist and a notice to validate the debt which they have failed to abide by. Wellsfargo Bank is now civilly and criminally liable for violating my consumer rights. Wellsfargo has yet to resolve this matter.
