I left the agency and I was paid my annual leave. They removed my leave then put it back on and issued me a leave and earnings statement that they charged my leave as taxable wages. The same amount issued to me as taxable wages was reported to the credit bureau as a charge off. It was not a charge off, it was issued to me as income which was reported as wages on my leave and earnings statement and federal/state taxes.
