On XX/XX/XXXX I called Experian Consumer Credit Reporting Agency to dispute several inaccurate entries on my consumer report such as outdated addresses, additional names, and speaking with representative I was told that an outdated address could not be removed because it was tied to an account and could not be removed, I expressed concern and verbally asked representative was he deliberately violating my constitutional rights to privacy and accurate and complete information per Fair Credit Reporting Act. Because he don't have my consent to control my consumer report at free will. I received an email later that day XX/XX/XXXX saying my dispute has been updated. On XX/XX/XXXX I checked my credit report and to my surprise an old outdated address from XXXX has been added to my report. Experian constantly, knowingly, willfully deprive me from liberty, life and the pursuit of happiness and abridge on my Constitutional Rights. I have never had a XXXX credit score evidence from XXXX that is within their system, I have been subjected to the custom and usages of Experian violating FCRA, FDCPA, Bill of Rights. Experian has defamed my character, willfully confined me financially, denied me of accurate, complete information within my consumer report and deny my right to privacy according to the The Privacy Act XXXX. Experian constantly add old outdated information to my report every time I dispute outdated information. As a consumer I have rights that should not be violated.
