I recently discovered that an account from Monterey Financial Services LLC has been opened in my name without my knowledge or permission. The total amount of debt according to my consumer credit report is {$2200.00}. My information was breached in the XXXX breach as well as others. I have been a victim of Identity Theft since 2017. Any information sent to the credit bureaus, Monterery Financial or any other third party company related to this debt was made without my knowledge or permission. I have filed a FTC report regarding this Identity Theft and have contacted the creditor directly. Information was and security was breached on my personal and business bank accounts, address, phone numbers and other personal information. This is my official statement for Monterey Financial to Cease and Desist any action against me.
