Calling Credit Coll at XXXX got XXXX XXXX He requested the address, I asked if they could confirm the DOB instead but they dont have my DOB on file so they asked for me to confirm my phone number instead. Once that was done I asked if I could settle this today for deletion as I never got a written notice to dispute. Getting transferred to his supervisor XXXX at XXXX, I let him know no notification in writing had been delivered to me. I also know they dont even have my DOB on my file.
