Hey my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX bank with capital one my account number is XXXX I filled a claim on XX/XX/2022 because capital one was holding my funds in my bank account and didnt want to let me withdraw any so on XX/XX/2022 I check my bank account and all my funds was gone so I called the bank to see where the funds where transferred to and they said they sent the funds back to my lender. So I called my lender and my lender said they havent received my funds and they said I need to get a tracking number from my bank. So I called capital one to get the tracking number and they told me they dont have access to that. So I told the lender that and they said the bank should have that information. So I was wondering if you guys could help me track my funds.
