On XX/XX/2021, I got a XXXX XXXXt from XXXX XXXX in XXXX Georgia. On XX/XX/2021, I received a check to cover the costs from my insurance company. On XX/XX/2021 I received a letter from the lab with instructions to send the check to the to the lab for payment. The bill was payed by credit card over the phone on the XX/XX/2021 when the letter notifying arrived in my mail box. On XX/XX/2021, Midwest Fidelity Service started calling me almost everyday. They have not sent me anything informing me of this debt and they insist that I prove to them that I do not owe the debt. Midwest Fidelity Service is trying to collect a debt that does not exist.
