On XX/XX/XXXX I had received a card previously from chime and went down to load the card at XXXX I put {$440.00} on it I had activated the card previously with the phone number on the back of the card I went shopping at XXXX and went to use the card and it wouldn't work and they informed me that it might be a timeline of when the money was there so the next day when I got up I called and it said my money was there so I paid my phone bill my power bill and my water bill and I had {$180.00} in cash left and it wouldn't let me draw any money off in cash or put gas in my truck they still owed me {$180.00} and I got an email stating they were closing my account and I had to wait for 90 days to get my money back from them I didn't do anything wrong and I don't understand why I can't get gas or get my money back but they won't even talk to me about it now because the accounts closed and when I try to email them it says the email address is wrong
