We have been struggling to pay our mortgage payment through the pandemic. Triad Financial Services has been horrible. They harass us and ask personal questions, as well as, criticize us because we are late paying because of our circumstances. They are unwilling to help and work with us. They just use threats and harassment to communicate with us.
