Company provided a " Financial Acknowledgement Form '' containing my forged signature. Note : Company could not provide a valid explanation for this action. In a earlier request, company was requested to provide debt validation documents to verify debt. However, company provided a false document as a replacement for a document that it did not possess. Additionally, in an attempt to request an explanation of the forged document, the company justified its answer to the Attorney General 's Office and my self with the explanation, " We do not know how to answer that claim ''.
