I was recently scammed by making a transfer through XXXX inside my Capital One banking app. The scammer hacked in to my friends social page ( XXXX ) persuade me & induced me making the transfer. they promised to returned the money if the investment service if needed, but then it was a scammed. I never got what i was promised for also can't get my money back, I called the bank immediately about this and disputed. The bank denied and wasn't able to look into the situation for me. I believe there's a law Regulation E that was suppose to help & protect my situation, please let me know what can i do. The mount was XXXX which is a big number for me Thank you
