I am a victim of Identity Thief. According to 15 usc 1681b ( 2 ), permissible purposes of consumer reports. It states that any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and NO OTHER : ( XXXX ) in accordance with written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I have never authorize XXXX, XXXX or Equifax to furnish my credit report. I never provided hand written instructions to place accounts on my credit report. It has harm my livelihood and I am living an honorable life. This is all erroneous, fraud, and incorrect. According to the fair credit reporting act ( fcra ), XXXX is to honor my request and block from furnishing my credit report, XXXX. XXXX XXXX ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX remove late fees on comenitycb/zales ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( account opened ( XX/XX/XXXX ), XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ). I never authorized and or gave XXXX or any of these companies any hand written instructions to furnish my credit report. Equifax is to honor my request and block from furnishing my credit report, XXXX remove my late fees on the account comenitycapital/zales. I have made complete payment with them but I have never provided hand written instructions to the company nor to Equifax to furnish my credit report. PLEASE REMOVE THAT! XXXX is providing fraud, erroneous and incorrect information. I did not provide them hand written instructions and according to 15usc 1681b ( 2 ), I did not contact XXXX, XXXX or Equifax and provide handwritten instructions to furnish my credit report. PLEASE REMOVE THESE ACCOUNTS FROM MY CREDIT REPORT.
