On XX/XX/2021 by certified mail I sent in a written dispute to Experian regarding an account with XXXX XXXX ( Collection ), that was being incorrectly reported on my file. After more than the 30 Days provided to the Agency to conduct a proper investigation on XX/XX/2021, I reached out to an Agent by the name of XXXX XXXX, who is an assigned case manager to my file. I explained that I was concerned as to why the invalid account was still being reported after the 30 Day period. The agent then stated that he would resend the dispute a second time, although the original time granted was expired and three days later I received a notification that the furnisher 's information would remain. I then recontacted the agent as to how was this second investigation completed after two days, as well as, questioned the lack of thoroughness and he stated that the company could simply reply yes or no to the information remaining on the account. Experian has failed to thoroughly investigate my dispute and remains reluctant to take accountability for their lack of efforts. This reporting has lowered my score by XXXX points when it first occurred and is havoc causing on my credit file.
