XX/XX/XXXX Over the last several years, Experian, XXXX, XXXX has put inaccurate, unverifiable, invalid and obsolete items on my credit report. Ive disputed all of them with no answer, result, or information regarding these issues. As Ive been researching and learning ways to fix/protect myself against these negative items, I have uncovered not only that what theyre doing is unethical, but illegal. Over the last several months I have personally sent letters disputing these negative items with explanations but continue to be ignored. I have sent my final letters, over 30 days ago and once again a couple of days ago, pointing out that they are in violation with the FCRA, sections 601-629, without a response or resolution. I am extremely frustrated, anxious and appalled that it is so easy for these big private companies to take advantage of the public. Because of this, I am urgently reaching out to you to ask for your help and support in resolving this issue. Anything you can do to resolve this and hold them accountable for these unethical practices will be truly appreciated.
