Hi, On XX/XX/XXXX, I submitted a claim with the irs I never received my third stimulus of {$7000.00}. Irs noted my account, informed me to make a police report and contact money network the issuer of the card to report it stolen and receive a reimbursement with a refund of fraudulent/theft funds! I contacted money network after having being Identified by questions, I submitted a claim ( although it's theft ) they still wanted me to submit a claim. After weeks of waiting, XXXX XXXX XXXX replied with an incomprehensible letter, he placed the Wrong date and other information, and denied my claim although I provided a statement of facts and a police report number as they requested. Money network then sent another card to the wrong address with my balance of {$2000.00} or so, after I informed then of the previous error, they still sent my funds. I had to them make another claim and police report on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX' which seems to be the only dispute representative who is discriminatory and fraudulent send another carbon copy of the same letter he sent for the previous claim denying it. Now my family and I are victims of theft and money network is not doing due diligence to protect their clients please help and investigate this company I'd like my {$7000.00} that the irs stated I was a victim of due to receive back due to theft please help.
