I have had many problems with this company and when I try and talk to them to resolve or help me they cant or dont want to try. I called them today XX/XX/2022 to try and resolve some late marks they have put on my credit when my account should have been in forbearance. They were no help. They told me to write the company with my complaint. I have had many issues with the way they managed my account. They charge me a {$50.00} charge when I need a hardship forbearance and they pick when they want to put it into a national disaster forbearance. They have put it into a fire disaster forbearance before and when I expect them to do it again they dont. When I talked to the lady about that today XX/XX/2022, she said I have to call to get it out in a disaster forbearance and then they charge another {$50.00}. They are very confusing and not helpful at all. The way things are ran there are very unfair and they dont explain. If the account is in forbearance they shouldnt be giving me late marks on my credit. Its seems like they just do as they want with no care to the consumer and Im know Im not the only one going through this.
