Do to the epidemic I have been effected and unable to work since XX/XX/XXXX to now XX/XX/XXXX. @ at one point XXXX, On XX/XX/XXXX I paid my XX/XX/XXXX payment on XX/XX/XXXX and included my {$30.00} late fee a total {$1000.00}, Since XX/XX/XXXX to now XXXX has been harassing me with phone calls all hours of the day and night as well refuses to recognize my XXXX 's, I tried talking withy them ask for a fortberence/releaf and stop calling me and harassing me as our conversations go no were Quote : they said my account must go basically 90 days in the rear before asking for such, Iam not even 30 days late referring to grace period to grace period.
