In XXXX of 2021 I got a bill from XXXX for {$340.00}. I contacted them and they said since I never activated service the next cycle will zero out the bill. In XXXX of 2021 I got a final bill from XXXX and called again. I was told it will be resolved and I did not owe {$340.00} since I never activated service. I now have Receivables Performance ( debt collectors ) calling me and the {$340.00} is now on my credit report. Today XXXX I once again talked to XXXX and they said since account is closed they will send to business department to resolve. XXXX I spoke with debt collector and they said they do not contact XXXX and they will still collect the debt. I have a debt I don't owe showing on my credit report and a collection agency contacting me.
