I have several student loans on my credit report that are reporting inaccurately. I have been sending letters to the credit bureaus ( XXXX, TransUnion XXXX XXXX ) for the past 4 months. They keep " verifying '' and " updating '' but nothing ever changes. I have sent several letters via CERTIFIED MAIL. The last letter I sent was a factual dispute POINTING OUT the inaccuracies and it still came back " UPDATED & VERIFIED '' with the SAME inaccuracies. Failure to comply with these federal regulations by credit reporting agencies are investigated by the Federal Trade Commission ( see 15 USC 41, et seq. ). I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with you on this matter, for the purpose of filing a complaint with the FTC should you continue in your non-compliance. I further remind you that, as in XXXX v Trans Union Corp., No. XXXX ( C.D.Cal. XXXX XXXX ), you may be liable for you willful non-compliance. YOU ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO REPORT 100 % ACCURATE INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT THERE IS NO WAY THAT THE SAME ACCOUNT IS REPORTING DIFFERENTLY ON EACH BUREAU.
