In XX/XX/2019, my then-fiancee ( now husband ) went to XXXX to add him to my existing XXXX account. We were upsold on new packages that only my fiancee was eligible for as a new customer. We accepted the new package and an account was opened in his name. My account was supposed to be cancelled, but his phone number and device was added to my OLD account, which is now unable to be reached since it is seen as " closed. '' I was then charged nearly {$200.00} for the new phone because it was not placed on the new account. We have upheld every part of our agreement for XXXX and their administrative errors have cost us dozens of hours of work to try to get resolved.
