Hi, I went into XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to receive my Covid-19 vaccine, XXXX. I had a bad reaction XXXX 's first dose. I was told by the hospital I would not incur any medical charges due to the fact that it was a bad reaction to XXXX and they said XXXX would take care of the charges. However, a year later I am still getting a charge from XXXX XXXX XXXX over the bill that was related to the Covid 19 vaccine. I had tried calling XXXX, but they outsource their call center to XXXX and they are not able to fix my issue without a contact person at XXXX XXXX 's XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was on hold trying to reach a supervisor, since they are the only ones able to fix the bill. I spoke to XXXX employee number XXXX. I need them to fix the creditor issues and the bill since it was related to the Covid 19 vaccine.
