I contacted the creditor " NetCredit '' on XX/XX/XXXX, to ask them to please contact the credit bureaus to have my account balance reflect the correct balance of Zero dollars, which NetCredit shows as paid in full back on XX/XX/XXXX. ( attached ). They informed me via email that they report to both XXXX and XXXX every month about my the repayment history, but to this day my credit report ( attached ) still shows {$140.00} outstanding balance ( line 012 ). It's been 12 months since I paid this account in full. Any help in getting this corrected would be appreciated. Thanks
