I contacted XXXX, TransUnion and XXXX in XXXX of 2021 to ask them to properly verify information that was being shown incorrectly. The dates my account was late is entirely inaccurate. This account was closed months before the Charge off. I will assert my right to arbitration to remedy the credit bureau 's failure to furnish accurate information. It is my right at this point to have this information deleted from my credit report. If XXXX, TransUnion, and XXXX fail to do their part again, I'm ready to sue in small claims court because of my legal standing under FCRA.
