I am a victim of the Equifax data breach. I am a victim of identity theft. Equifax has not responded within the timeframe given to complete an investigation about this fraudulent account being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX along with the address they are reporting. This account and address needs to be removed immediately. I have been going back and forth with Equifax for months about this account and its been costing money, time and peace of mind. Equifax needs to take this complaint seriously because they are in violation of the law!
