XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX XXXX DOB : XX/XX/XXXX ACCOUNT : XXXX Closed Account number XXXX I have always maintained that I had paid this account and then only then they started charging late fees, but I wanted this account off of my Experian credit report so when I received the settlement offer I took it. Looking at my Experian credit report now, there are discrepancies : the charge off 's that you could find up to XX/XX/XXXX have been removed. The Fair Credit Reporting says that information on a credit report has to be " timely, verifiable and accurate ''. They changed the data, what they did was they created false data saying that they hadn't reported for 18 months and only report one CO in XX/XX/XXXX so they made it inaccurate .incomplete and is no longer fair. This account should be deleted from my credit report. XXXX XXXX
