I have no business, nor ever had business, with XXXX XXXX XXXX and immediately notified XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX requesting details regarding their hard inquiry. They would not provide any details regarding the inquiry. I opened a case with them for details on the query against my credit history and indicated it could be fraud. Despite six ( 6 ) follow-up emails and phone calls to XXXX XXXX XXXX no one will provide me any details nor will they remove the hard inquiry from my credit history.
