In XXXX I noticed that Discover had decreased my credit line from XXXX to XXXX when I called them they stated it was because of when they did a soft poll on my credit report and the information that they found had them decrease the card but I find it really funny because that same week I was approved for another Discover card with a {$3000.00} line of credit and Discover is refusing to place my faves Discover card credit line back to the XXXX I never was late always paying my bill on time and I find this very absurd and very distasteful I never had my credit line decrease And this is truly embarrassing no documentation was sent out to me to inform me of this matter nor was a phone call
