I purchased a car from XXXX on XXXX XXXX. I was told that {$1000.00} cash deposit down was required in order for credit through Capital One XXXX to be extended to me. This violates 15 U.S. Code 1662 ( 2 ). I was then notified that I needed car insurance in order to leave lot. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1605 ( a ) ( c ) insurance was supposed to be included in the finance charge which it was not. At this current time, I am still paying a monthly premium for car insurance. I believe that Capital One XXXX along with XXXX is in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692 ( XXXX ). There was also several late payments that are reporting on my credit as result of me losing my job as a result of XXXX from XXXX through XX/XX/2020. I contacted Capital One XXXX to remove these late payments and they have refused. Pursuant to 15 U.S. Code 1666b, creditors may not report late payments. Capital One has made several phone calls and even text me at inconvenient hours to demand payment when I am even 1 day late on a payment. As stated in 15 U.S. Code1692 this is illegal. and sent Lastly, my personal information is being is being reported to several non affiliated XXXX party consumer reporting agencies. This is a clear violation of 15 U.S. Code 6802a. These current events are causing me extreme XXXX, XXXX and XXXX as I am being repeatedly denied credit stating that I have unsatisfactory payment history as a result from Capital One.
