Sofi sent me an email stating that if I opened a personal loan, they would give me {$590.00} bonus. I opened a loan for {$10000.00} but I never received the bonus. I reached out to Sofi regarding this, and it was suggested I file out a XXXX. I did this and then submitted an email to customer service informing them. I still have not received the bonus. Well, I appreciated the loan I could have received a cheaper rate at my credit union. I was also told that I could get a lower rate if i sign up for direct deposit. When i tried to do this my company portal said that the routing number is active, but no bank is linked to it. This brings up allot of red flags for me.
