I have disputed this many times with all three credit bureaus and have has been not resolved. Specifically, the dispute involved XXXX late payment in 2019. I have contacted the company, as that's what the credit bureaus suggested. The company XXXX states that they have reported no late payments. In fact, XXXX originaly made a mistake by charging me a late payment fee, and adding this information to the credit bureaus. Upon me contacting them the first time, they reversed this information and reimbursed me any late fees that they accidentally charged me. Recently the credit bureau 's re added this late payment to my credit report, lowering my credit score more than 40 points, this is affecting my personal finances, and the credit bureaus are failing to provide a proper investigation to fix this issue. They state that they have contacted XXXX and dated all and any information. This is a complete lie, as if they contacted XXXX as I have multiple times, they will know that I have never made a late payment. And fix my credit score. I want these credit bureaus to fix my credit score as they keep adding false information such as late payments that are not factual. To reiterate, there should be no late payments under the account held with XXXX
