I disputed with Transunion on XX/XX/2021 via their online portal and I wrote and mailed a letter to Transunion on XX/XX/2021 letting them know that they were inaccurately reporting information regarding 15 accounts that they listed under my name and providing information about the inaccurate accounts. Accounts : XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX I received a letter from them XXXX XXXX stating that they needed additional time to process the dispute and that it would be done by XX/XX/2021. I did not receive a response from them. On XX/XX/2021, I sent another letter asking them to remove the accounts as per the FCRA, they have 30 days to reply and even with the additional time they requested, my dispute still had received no response. My request asking them to remove the accounts due to them failing to comply with the FCRA and correct the matter and mail me a response was delivered to them on XX/XX/2021. I have not received any additional information regarding this dispute or my follow-up stating I had not received any information from them regarding this matter and that I wanted the accounts removed.
