Hi, I XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, am a consumer with protected consumer rights. After careful review of my consumer report and in comparison with the Federal Consumer Laws it is apparent that your company is violating my consumer rights. If you look at the law 15 USC 1681a 2 ( A ) ( i ) it clearly states my consumer report does NOT contain information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. Furthermore, those transactions and experiences are excluded. Your reporting of experiences and/or transactions on my consumer report is a direct violation according to congress.
