My wife is attempting to refinance a mortgage loan. The lender is attempting to contact Experian for a credit report, but they have ( without my permission ) frozen my information. I have attempted to unfreeze it, but their website doesn't fails when I fill out the form and I don't get an option to unfreeze it via phone. There doesn't seem to be a way to speak with a live person.
