The three credit reporting bureaus, XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX have caused identity theft against me. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681B ( 2 ), a consumer reporting agency only can report with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. According to consume law, I, as a consumer, am supposed to refer to the bureau definition of identity theft. And the CFPB states that " Identity theft '' is when someone uses my name, social security number, date of birth, or other identifying information without authority. I never gave any reporting agencies : XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX authority to report anything on my report, but yet they had for years. They have committed identity theft.
