In XXXX of XXXX, my wife and I executed a lease with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, as we were having a home built. The end date was XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX and said we would be vacating early and chose a date of XX/XX/2019. XXXX accepted that date and agreed to market the home accordingly. They instructed us by email and letter as to how to leave the home on XX/XX/2019. They rekeyed and denied access as they had accepted the home back on XX/XX/2019. Beginning in XX/XX/2019 they claimed we owed rent through XX/XX/2019. I have requested numerous times they correct and in each case they have unilaterally refused. I have offered 3rd party arbitration or court and agreed to abide by any 3rd party findings. They then reported derogatory information to the credit agencies, and I disputed all. My position is that I paid through XX/XX/2019 as agreed and they have unilaterally taken steps to damage my reputation, XXXX XXXX and such. I have attached a portion of my supporting documentation. They took the house back on XX/XX/2019.
