On XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to original debtor pediatric anesthesia associates to advise that they were submitting the claim incorrectly and to resubmit claim with proper billing code. I also reached back out to XXXX the insurer to advise that I was having issues with the company not submitting the claim correctly. Claim was to be resubmitted by XXXX which I was unaware that it never happened. I started receiving phone calls everyday from GLA stating that I owed for a claim that was never submitted correctly. I received a summons XX/XX/XXXX filed XX/XX/XXXX stating they would garish my pay. XXXX finally resubmitted the claim themselves XX/XX/XXXX and paid claim in full. XXXX also reached out GLA and pediatric anesthesia associates to advise the claim was paid in full. GLA is still reporting the paid claim on my credit report and trying to collect full amount. I have disputed collection on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX both investigation came back from credit bureaus that the amount GLA is reporting for collections is accurate and still owed even though I have submitted the EOB that shows claim was resubmitted and paid in full by XXXX
