On multiple occasions I tried to dispute with all three major credit bureaus several items on my credit report. These items were as a result of identity theft and fraud. I informed all three credit bureaus over the phone and in writing of this identity theft and fraud. They investigated using the dispute item within their website yet they refuse to remove the unauthorized inquiries on my credit report which is causing my credit report score to plummet and multiple declinations for credit. These hard inquiries were unauthorized, of which I informed all three credit bureaus of that. They still refuse to remove the unauthorized hard inquiries. I then put a fraud alert and credit freeze on my report with all three major credit reporting bureaus and in response and retaliation they lowered my credit score by almost XXXX points.
