Throughout XXXX, I was getting notifications via the Upgrade App that my account was past due, although I made the minimum payment. After the minimum payment was made, I continued to get notifications that my account was past due in the amount of {$2.00}, which should not have been the case but I paid it anyway. Days later, I received another notification stating my account was past due in the amount of {$2.00}, so I make another payment. Again, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received another notification stating my account was 29 days past due in the amount of {$0.00}. At this point I was very concerned and reached out to Upgrade support letting them know that I was concerned that my account was showing past due and I was further concerned that I would be reported as past due to the credit bureaus. I received a reply advising that these repeated notifications were due to a system glitch and assured that I would NOT be reported delinquent to the credit bureaus. Today, I received a notification from XXXX that my XXXX XXXX had dropped XXXX POINTS because Upgrade reported my account over 30 days delinquent in XX/XX/XXXX. This is absolutely unacceptable, inaccurate, and illegal. This error was already brought to their attention and even still I have endured serious consumer harm by way of my XXXX XXXX. I am very distraught. Please remedy immediately. Screenshots and company communication is attached here.
