Radius Global ( XXXX ) XXXX reported XXXX, showed up today XXXX. No notice was received. Called at XXXX got XXXX XXXX asked for phone number to verify, Account # XXXX, XXXX XXXX {$430.00} is the amount, I requested the address. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CT XXXX, I never lived there. XX/XX/2018 was the date. The written notice to dispute was sent to that address as well Dispute process below Email dispute : XXXX Include account # XXXX Reference # XXXX Balance XXXX Client name XXXX I included all information showing that I never lived there as requested. I was told I just had to email stating I had never lived at that address and include a current address. They said it would take 30 days, which I said flat out would NOT be acceptable as this is a fraudulent account on my credit report while she is buying a home. I was transferred to a supervisor. XXXX is the manager we got transferred to. It will reflect as a dispute on Saturday. It should be removed by Tuesday at the latest is what he told me. It is still on my credit report. I called Wednesday and Thursday and was told both times to wait just a few more days each time but I cant keep waiting when I was told today there was no guarantee on time frame.
