I've asked XXXX and Transunion to VERIFY and VALIDATE the information reported on the Bankruptcy on my report for a year now. WHEN and IF they respond to my request they are keep sending me the same respond " We VERIFIED the account as ACCURATE with the reporting AGENCY XXXX or XXXX XXXX company. I also received a letter from TRANSUNION saying we verified the XXXX as ACCURATE and if you need more details CONTACT the COURT. I contacted the COURT and they sent me a letter that they DO NOT REPORT or SEND any INFORMATION about the PUBLIC RECORD to ANY BUREAU!! so WHERE and HOW did XXXX and the other bureaus VERIFIED and VALIDATED the information if there is NO REPORTING to any of them or any of then have a way to get the information??? IT IS A COMPLETE VIOLATION of reporting according to the FCRA!
