I have a fraudulent account on my report, both Experian and XXXX. I have filed a police report and was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and Experian. I also filed a FTC report and send it with requested documents to the companies mentioned above. They did not remove the account and they are saying that the account belongs to me ( and thats what the creditor said ). I have been dealing with this issue for the past 2 years. I have done everything I asked to do including : 1- police report 2- FTC report 3- dispute the account with creditor 4- dispute the account with credit bureaus 5- submitted supporting documents 6- submitted identifications documents XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX is claiming the account is mine, I have never had this account with them, once I new about the account at the time I as applying for a loan I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX and reported this fraudulent account . I also went to the bank in person as I was instructed and followed all XXXX XXXX XXXX procedures to remove the account with no luck. Account number XXXX ....
