Hello, I'm the XXXX of an XXXX for both my XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo lied to me when they put me on the forbearance plan. They put me on XXXX for 18 months, but told me I would be able to defer the payments to the end of the loan. Now they are demanding for the entire 18 months worth of payments at once. Now they are saying they can not defer the loan payments and are foreclosing on me. I can't get a hold of anyone at the Bank to talk to me about my XXXX XXXX, and nobody to help me through the process. I submitted the loan modification documents. They did send me an apology letter saying that they listened to the tapes, they did in fact give me the wrong information over the phone. Their sorry letter isn't going to stop them from foreclosing on my house and I'm wondering how many other people they are lying to like this. I have over {$400000.00} in equity on my home, and only {$200000.00} in debt. There are XXXX " Home equity '' lines with them. Please help.
